Vaishali Raj has more than 17 years of experience in the HR Domain including Audits. She has a Masters in Labour Studies from Mumbai University, is an LLB from Mumbai University and is a Certified HRD Auditor.

Vaishali has a long history with Godrej. After graduating in 1995 from Mumbai University, she joined Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co. Ltd. (G&B) as a Management Trainee. She started her career with a portfolio in Industrial Relations and Human Resources in the Precision Equipment Division of Godrej & Boyce.

In the year 2000, Vaishali was Head of Recruitment with Godrej & Boyce and later she handled the H.R. Audits. She was appointed as the 'Head - H.R.D.' for Godrej Infotech Ltd. (GITL) in 2003 and currently holds this position. As for her experience, she mentions that "It is a great challenge to work in the H.R. Department, especially in the I.T. Sector".
